Quinta Graciosa is a comfortable one level house. Located  close to the entrance of San Miguel in the commercial area. You can walk to San Miguel’s Mall (five minutes walk). The Jardin Botanico is also a convenient 10 minutes walk.

The house has lots of natural lights, large windows that bring Southern and western exposure. The house is also completely wheelchair accessible including a ramp to the lower garden. It features an ample living room/dining room area. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen with a fridge, stove, micro-wave. The laundry room is located between the kitchen and the garage. The garage will fit 2 cars.

The 2 bedrooms are located on both side of the main area. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate full bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk-in closet. The other bedroom has 2 full size beds, a separate bathroom with a shower and a full ample closet. The guest bedroom has its own private access to the interior patio.

The Veranda on the western side of the living room has a table and chairs for lovely outdoor views of the private garden.

The maid goes Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
