This is a perfect house for one or two couples. The views from the roof top to the old town and the countryside are a delight for the eyes.

Two ample bedrooms, each with his own shower room and walk in closet. Each bedroom is located on opposite side of the property for extra privacy. Each bedroom features a typical Mexican boveda ceiling. One bedroom gas a queen size bed and the other one has a King size Bed

The entrance of the house has an extra powder room. The living room/dining room area features a fireplace to take off the chill during the winter evenings. The living area has a Tv with satellite dish, a DVD and Cd Player. You will enjoy an ample dining room with a capacity to sit comfortably 6 persons.

The kitchen opens up to the dining room and is nicely tilled . The kitchen has all the amenities necessary to cook and the maid Myriam goes 3 times per week.

This house has a double advantage that there are 2 comfortable living rooms. One is next to the dining room area. And the second one is on the roof top with a huge bay window offering a breathtaking view to San Miguel.

There is a separate laundry room and for practical use, you have access to a telephone line, internet and vonage.
