Casa BEA is conveniently located on Calle Ojo de Agua near Prolongation Aldama.  It is a slight downhill walk of 15 minutes to the main square. It is close to Parque Juarez and the Rosewood and Sierra Nevada hotels.

The house, which was renovated and refurnished ,  combines Mexican colonial architecture with modern style and convenience. The street level entry for this property is gated and only open to the other 3 homes in this development.

You enter the property through a flight of stairs. The main area is very comfortable with a living room area with a chimney. The kitchen si fully equipped and adjacent to the bar. The dining room has lots of natural light coming from the skylight.

On the same level as the main area is the guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and its own “en suite” bathroom. This bedroom opens up to a White and red patio with tables and chairs.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a King size bed and a comfortable living room area. The master has its own bathroom with a shower.

The roof top has a magnificent view to San Miguel

 

Internet is included and the maid goes twice a week
