Our house is full of joy and sunlight, spread across 3 floors and topped off with a great patio for watching sunsets and viewing the town, as well as a rooftop patio with an amazing view of the famous Parroquia and the surrounding churches.  We have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.  Our home is equipped with wifi, a UV water filtration system, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.  The kitchen and breakfast nook , TV room, and living and dining are all located on the ground floor.  The living and dining room as well as the TV room all open onto a sunny patio. A 1/2 bath is downstairs as well.  The second story has two bedrooms, both with their own patios.  The master bedroom is a spacious room with an additional seating area, cable TV and en suite bath. It is fitted with a king sized bed.  The guest room is fitted with a queen sized bed and its own bath as well.  Upstairs on the third floor, is another guest room with a queen sized bed and private bath.  This room opens out to the large patio.  Built in seating and table have this outdoor spot ready for relaxing, reading or having drinks watching the sunset.

We are ideally located in the Historic center, just a few steps away from anything you will want to see and do in town.  Plenty of restaurants and shops are just around the corner, and the beautifully green Parque Juarez is an easy 3 minute to the other end of the street. There is a popular and tasty coffee shop on the corner, not even a minute's walk from our house.  The epicenter of San Miguel, The Parroquia, is an easy 5 minute walk from our front door.  Our streets runs into the Ancha San Antonio, which is a main street containing many restaurants, cafes, the Instituto Allende and the popular Farmers Market.  There are drugstores, hotels and all sorts of assorted shops on the street as well.  The popular Rosewood Hotel is one block away, a quick 2 minute walk to their wonderful rooftop bar and fantastic views.
